The Alman Dramatic Club is a registered Scottish charity, no. SC040918.
We use personal data you provide to:
1. Send details of forthcoming productions and events; and/or
2. Facilitate the sale, and manage bookings, of tickets for productions or events.
We operate a mailing list to keep our patrons informed of forthcoming productions by the Alman Dramatic Club and other events at our unique 63 seat venue - the Coach House Theatre. To do so, we ask for your email address and your consent to email you.

You can unsubscribe and have your details removed at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message received from our mailing list or by emailing admin@thealman.com.
When you purchase tickets for one of our productions or events, we will collect your name and contact details necessary for the performance of the contract (i.e. your ticket booking). We will use this information to contact you in relation to this booking.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to admin@thealman.com.

If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision at www.ico.org.uk/concerns.
The Alman Dramatic Club will use the data you provide to:
1. maintain a register of members;
2. send you newsletters, requests for volunteers or other group communications; and
3. contact you individually where appropriate for organisation of a production or other event.
The use and processing of member data is necessary for the management of the club.
Member data is stored and processed on behalf of the Alman Dramatic Club by membermojo.

Details for expired memberships are kept in the main system for two years from expiry (to allow rejoining of the club) and in archive for two years thereafter (to maintain our records). You may request removal of your data at any time.
